Dear Lehi Voters,

Thank you for trusting me with your school board votes. I am excited to create an effective new school district. My school board seat represents six schools, five of which my children have attended. These are my schools. I have run the birthday tables, coached knowledge bowl, participated in battle of the books and judged reflections. I volunteered to be PTA president when River Rock Elementary opened and am aware of the amazing educational opportunities that exist when the PTA and the school district work together. I have served on School Community Councils at every level. For the last 5 years on the Lehi High School Community Council, I have seen dynamic results using our trustland money. I know that when we invest in people, capable teachers, aides, advocates, administrators and district personnel,  we really are prioritizing our students. I appreciate the work of teachers and learned how important district content coaches and teacher collaboration is when I was a high school teacher for a year. I believe I am uniquely prepared to be a part of this new district as I have an intimate knowledge of the strengths and struggles the schools of Lehi face.
